ABOUT BODY SHAKE
Body Shake Fitness Club Limited (BSFC) started initially as Body Shake Enterprise in July 2017 and later became a Limited Liability Company in February 2018, registered to provide sporting and recreational services to members of the public. Body Shake Fitness Club (BSFC) opened to the public in July 2017 and since then we have been providing fitness training to our clients.
The management team is made up of strong individuals whose combined work experience is over 65 years in the recreational and sporting industry. Our experienced personnel ensure that we support our clients to achieve their targets in the most efficient manner whilst maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, safety and quality.
We provide a well equipped gym facility that makes workout sessions very pleasurable. Notable among our training programs are:

Our Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) Policy is geared to ensure that adequate attention is given to the safety of our clients, the workforce as well as the security of assets. Our policy also ensures that all our employees and contractors understand its importance, are self-disciplined and abide by it.
We ensure that our equipment are always available and in “ready to use” state. Faulty equipment is quarantined, and timely intervention done for assurance of integrity and maintenance of equipment up-time.
We understand the importance of maintaining good environment conducive for recreational and sporting activities and we ensure that our facilities are maintained according to international best practice.
