Body Shake Fitness Club is fully equipped to provide the world class experience in fitness training. Our experienced trainers are available to give expert advice on the use of the equipment and to supervise the clients to ensure that our clients enjoy their workout sessions and more importantly, have no injuries while using the equipment.

Dance Class

Body Shake Fitness Club offer dance classes to schools, churches and other organizations and we carry out training for stage performances and ceremonies. We do this at our client facility and in Body Shake facility. Our dance classes includes; Barley, Zumba, Contemporary, Salsa, Nigeria Crave, et cetera.

Taekwondo & Karate

Body Shake Fitness Club offer taekwondo & karate classes to schools, churches and other organizations and we carry out trainings for stage performances and ceremonies. We do this at our client facility and in Body Shake Fitness Club facility. We also undertake Taekwondo & Karate classes for our in-house clients at Body Shake Fitness Club facility.
